Winding Waters Riverfront RV Resort

  • Check-In2:00 PM Early arrivals will incur a $35 early check in fee. Any check in prior to noon is not allowed.
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM– additional fees will apply after check-out time
  • Quiet Time: 10pm-7am Sun-Thur / 11pm-7am Fri & Sat
  • Speed Limit: 10 MPH throughout the entire park
  • Parking: Observe all parking signs and DO NOT park on grass or empty sites. Parking passes must be displayed at all times while on park property. Failure to do so may result in being towed at owners’ expense. Improperly parked, broken down, or inoperable vehicles may also be towed.
  • Visitors: Registered guests may have a limited number of visitors at their site only. Visitors must stop and check-in at the office and obtain a car pass for $10. If a visitor wants to use any of the amenities a visitor’s amenity pass must be purchased at time of entry. Guests are responsible for their visitors’ actions and all visitors must leave by quiet hours. We reserve the right to deny visitors based on park capacity.
  • Gate Codes: Gate codes are for registered guests only and may not be given out or shared with anyone including visitors or delivery drivers.
  • Sites: All sites must be kept clean, free of clutter, pet debris, cigarette butts and other trash. No free-standing canopies, tents, fencing or other structures are permitted. Clotheslines and hanging things from park landscaping is not permitted. A clean up fee will be charged if your site requires excessive cleaning.
  • Pets: Pets must be leashed at all times when outside your RV per city ordinance. Pets may never be left unattended outside. No fencing, runs, or staking is allowed at your site. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or buildings. Aggressive behavior from any pet will result in that pet being asked to leave the park. YOU MUST PICKUP AFTER YOUR PET, failure to do so can result in fines or expulsion from the park. Proof of current vaccinations must be presented upon request. Use of resort dog parks are at your own risk.
  • Garbage: Please put all trash in the appropriate receptacle. Placing trash outside or near the receptacle may result in fines. Household bagged trash only. No dumping of appliances, mattresses, tires, hazardous materials (including motor oil), or other large items. Large dumpsters are marked on the map, do not leave trash bags out overnight at your site.
  • Fire Rings & Grills: Do not move fire rings or grills. No burning of trash, pet bags, cigarette butts, or any other items other than firewood. No unattended fires.  Guest is responsible for any damages to park property caused by placing devices on park property. Do not gather firewood from park landscaping or disrupt natural vegetation.
  • Firewood: In compliance with the USDA & Georgia Forestry Commission, bringing firewood into the park from out of state is prohibited due to the devastation of transporting destructive foreign pests. No firewood from outside of Georgia is permitted.
  • Pool & Hot Tub: No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and children under 5 are not allowed in the hot tub. Swim diapers are required for Georgia law compliance. Swim diapers are also required for anyone not toilet trained.  No glass, pets, smoking, vaping, or tobacco products of any kind are allowed in the pool area. Pool passes must be worn at all times in the pool area. No food is permitted inside the pool. Food is allowed on the pool deck away from the water.
  • Golf Carts: Electric golf carts are allowed but must be declared at the time of booking. Proof of insurance must be provided. There is a registration fee of $50 for bringing a personal golf cart. Speed limit of 10 MPH throughout the entire park must be obeyed at all times. All golf cart rules must be followed.
  • Not Permitted:  No loud profanity, illegal drug use, public drunkenness, no open carry of firearms, no loud music, no fireworks, no disorderly conduct, no gas-powered carts, 4-wheelers, motorized scooters or skateboards. No mail or package deliveries to the park.
  • Conduct: Winding Waters is a family friendly park, and we want everyone to enjoy their stay. Therefore, no obnoxious, offensive language, inappropriate behavior or disruptive activities are allowed. Disruptive behavior is not permitted on the property, and you will be ejected if you fail to comply. Management reserves the right to determine these actions and act accordingly. No refund will be provided for early departures. If ejected, no refunds will be given.
  • ALL SEWER HOSES MUST HAVE A SEWER RING OR ELBOW AND BE SUPPORTED OFF THE GROUND PER CITY ORDIANCE.
  • By making a reservation and staying on property you agree to abide and follow the above rules and policies. Please observe and obey all signs and postings displayed throughout the park and be considerate of other campers. Violation of these rules and policies could result in loss of privileges, fines and up to and including ejection from the park. Winding Waters RV Resort reserves the right to alter, change or modify any of these rules and policies at any time whether written or verbal. Management’s decision in all disputes is deemed final.
